Gymnastics Seminar - Bar Muscle-Ups

Join Jessa and Dan for their next gymnastics clinic featuring Bar Muscle Ups!  This clinic is open to all - whether you have yet to get your first BMU or you are working on proficiency. 

Through drills and discussion you will gain a deeper understanding of the movement and its parts. There will be lots of time to practice each progression under the eyes of expert coaches. They will also provide a spot to those who wish, to help them go through the movement. Then we will end with a workout to put everything together. Expect to have fun, work hard, and leave with a reference sheet of all you learned! 

Jessa and Dan both grew up as gymnasts, competed at the CrossFit Games, and have years of experience teaching gymnastics. They have hosted numerous gymnastics seminars for CrossFit gyms across the Northeast over the past several years. If you're interested in furthering your gymnastics skills, you won't want to miss this seminar!
